The Apple iPad may have more competitors these days, but it seems to be doing just fine in terms of customer satisfaction. This may be why the overwhelming majority of tablet Web traffic originates from Apple's mobile devices, because people who own an iPad 4 or iPad mini actually use it while other devices just aren't as attractive or intuitive.
Confirming the popularity of Apple's tablets are the PC Magazine Reader's Choice Awards, as determined by customer satisfaction surveys. Among the many brands producing these devices, including Asus, Acer and Samsung, Apple had a much higher rating, with Google and Microsoft being the only companies to produce similar favorability scores.
Additionally, Apple was given the Reader's Choice Award for the small tablets (7-8 inches) category.
"Apple received the highest satisfaction ratings in several of our drill-down measures," said the magazine's Ben Gottesman. "... including availability of accessories (8.3), battery life (8.7), camera for still photos (8.2) and videos (7.9), gaming (8.3, tied with Microsoft) and listening to music (8.7), as well as the aforementioned satisfaction with the availability and quality of apps."
The Apple MacBook Pro and MacBook Air also performed well in the magazine's surveys, achieving the highest score by far of any laptops and giving the company the Reader's Choice Award for best overall notebooks.
With such high satisfaction ratings, you can't afford to miss out on all the fun and productivity that comes with owning an Apple device. Check out the PortableOne online store today to see our latest deals on customized laptops.
