It is no secret that Apple is gearing up to release a new iPhone this fall, though the company has not given out many details as to what the new smartphone will look like or what features it will include. What the tech giant is happy to discuss, however, is the new iOS 8 that is being slowly rolled out and tested among consumers. One of the differences that users will notice after downloading the new operating system is how much oversight they will have over the camera.
Although the iPhone camera already gives users a wide range of control, Apple is making it so even more settings can be adjusted. One of the complaints of the iPhone camera is its one-size-fits-all characteristics, in other words a digital camera that will basically produce the same result when each picture is taken. Thanks to the new update, that will no longer be the case.
When Apple gave its address at the 2014 Worldwide Developers Conference in early June, it spoke at length about what would be different between the current version of the iPhone iOS and the new one it was developing. Users will now be able to change the camera's ISO sensitivity, shutter speed, focus, exposure and white balance. This will allow customers to be able to truly control how the photo they take looks, giving them professional results with the touch of a button.
Apple has not said when the new iOS will be available for the public to download. In the meantime, if you are searching for a new electronic product - such as the Apple iMac - be sure to shop with PortableOne today!
