If you have recently purchased an iPhone 6, you are likely trying to acquaint yourself with all of the new and updated features that the smartphone has to offer. While there will be many of the same items on this version of the iPhone that there were in past generations, there are also plenty of new and exciting aspects to try out. Some of these newer features might not be as obvious as the others, so you should try and get yourself as used to the phone as quickly as possible to make it easier to use.
Here are a few iPhone 6 functions to take advantage of:
- Personal hotspot: If you find yourself lacking service and can't use your phone, create a personal hotspot by going under Settings, then to Cellular and Cellular Data Network. You can type in your username and be able to use your phone with full service with ease.
- Reachability: The latest trend in smartphones is screens that are physically larger, which makes it difficult for some people to touch all of the buttons on the screen, especially if they are using the iPhone with one hand. Reachability lets you move the interface to the bottom of the screen, simply by choosing it from the Accessibility file under your Settings.
- Switch the views: If your vision is a little off and you are frustrated by the size of the icons on your phone screen, you can zoom in the view to make it easier for you to use. All you need to do is go under your Settings folder, select Display and Brightness and then click on View. You can then opt for Zoom, which will make all of the icons larger.
