Apple owns already several patents that describe similar applications, which may or may not be an indication of what future Apple products could look, sooner or later.

OneCast is a commercial app, which allows Mac users to stream Xbox games by connecting an Xbox console to any Mac running Yosemite or later, without the need for powerful hardware, or a Windows 10 virtual sandbox. The app has no known affiliation with Microsoft, nor the Xbox team, and it boasts some important features, such as:

China-based tech manufacturer, and fierce Apple competitor, Huawei, has recently unveiled its latest offering: the Huawei Matebook X. This Microsoft Windows 10 laptop is perhaps the best example of double-threat, with a design that resembles very closely Apple’s minimalist, ultra-thin profile, powerful specs, and a few features borrowed from Microsoft’s own devices, with a few improvements that make the Matebook X truly unique.

At present there is no indication from Apple that a new Mac Mini will ever be released, except for rumors, cited by a variety of publications, TechRadar to name one, that point to a possible March, or June announcement.
