According to Gabe Aul’s post, the latest build has over 300 fixes in respect to build 10158. Build 10159 has been judged as strong enough for Insiders, to a point where there was no apparent reason to wait to release it.

As of July 14th, Microsoft will officially cease support of Windows Server 2003, and of all of its 23 million instances, across data centers worldwide, run by all sorts of companies, big and small.
