According to a comparison chart featured on Apple’s website, the iPad Air 2, will get an upgrade on its existing Bluetooth 4.0 hardware, to Bluetooth 4.2.

When looking at what Microsoft just introduced, in the form of a Surface Book, we now know that Microsoft is not shy about making laptops and tackle its competitors head on. Now it’s time for Microsoft to regain its space in the world of smartphones, and once again, it’s doing it in its own way. Which way is that, you ask? It’s the way of the PC.

This morning, Microsoft’s Terry Myerson opened what appeared to be a rather action-packed keynote. Many former rumors have been confirmed, in regard to upcoming devices, but the most important aspect of today’s keynote was the emphases on the Surface product line, which is now, finally, beginning to solidify, and become just as important to Microsoft, as the MacBook is to Apple, and in more ways than one.

In the wake of Apple’s latest announcements, Microsoft is gearing up for tomorrow’s debut of its new lineup of Windows 10 devices. Microsoft’s ecosystem is expected to expand further, as the Surface brand grows and branches out into new devices, some of which we might get a glimpse of as early as tomorrow.
