On Thursday, February 25th, Sony Computer Entertainment Inc. acquired a patent titled “Glove Interface Object”. As the name suggests, the patent describes an input method using an electronic glove, fitted with sensors designed to work with virtual reality, augmented reality or related applications.

Somewhere, somehow, somebody just had to make this happen: a jacket with as many as 25 pockets, which is enough to carry two iPhones, two iPads, a 12 inch MacBook, and every possible smaller device, accessory, cards, and stationery, one can think of, with enough time and dedication.

Formerly a relatively small niche market, wood paneling for laptops and other devices, has made its way into to larger numbers of consumers, looking to make their favorite devices stand out, and be more personalized.

According to a tweet by German iOS developer Stefan Wolfrum, the Apple iPad Pro will gain the ability to update the firmware of peripherals connected to its USB 3.0, three-dot Smart Connector. This feature will be available in the next official release of iOS 9.3, which is currently in its second Beta stage.
